Thank you for a very comfortable stay. The venue is clean, with great location very close to the palace, art museum and market, ALL the shopping, bars, restaurants, and taxis, and restaurants and warungs. The staff are really good and welcoming as well as the host.

The natural setting and small pool at Suarsena Bungalow were perfect for our family with 2 small kids. the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the hotel's location near Monkey Forest Road made it easy to explore Ubud.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to Monkey Forrest Rd and within walking distance to various attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pool area was a nice spot to relax. the air conditioning and hot showers were a welcome feature.

The rooms had a musty smell and were not as clean as expected. the swimming pool was a bit small and there were issues with slippery tiles.

The rooms here are authentic and reasonably spacious, with good condition showers and bathrooms.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The pool and seating area were really nice, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we loved the beautiful seating areas outside. Another great aspect was the delicious breakfast that was served to our room every morning, along with a lovely cup of tea.

While our stay was overall pleasant, there were a few things that could have been better. The room had a slight dampness, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The rooms did not match the pictures I had seen online. the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with dirty bed sheets and towels, as well as stains in the bathroom.

Mind-blowing location! The staff were super helpful and the pool was jaw-dropping. Free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, swimming pool, and flat-screen TV made our stay even better.

I recently stayed at Suarsena in Ubud for four nights and it was an excellent choice. The location is perfect, with easy access to Monkey Forest Road and its many attractions. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I also loved the beautiful pool, which was clean and inviting. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the breakfast provided was delicious. I highly recommend buying water and snacks from the elderly couple right outside the hotel for great prices. Suarsena is one of the best home stays I've experienced and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. the staff at Suarsena were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us with taxis and airport transfers. We also enjoyed the lovely little restaurants nearby for dinner. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast service was good. the pool, although smaller than expected, was clean and surrounded by lush greenery. we had a great experience at this hotel. Cons: Nothing for me. 😊.
